Pamela Fraser

Sales and Marketing Director

Pamela started off her hospitality career and a love of the industry touring Europe firstly and then settling in Greece for 5 years where she worked in various hotels, bars and restaurants. In 1996 she returned to Scotland and secured a role as conference and events co-ordinator with Stakis Hotels and then was promoted to Conference & Events Manager for Hilton East Kilbride and later Hilton Strathclyde.

Her first Sales Manager role was with Holiday Inn East Kilbride when she joined Chardon Management and through their success in growing the portfolio, she worked with various brands including Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Indigo and an independent property Marks Hotel Glasgow. She has won a plethora of awards including IHG Sales Person of the Year, Interstate UK&I Team Player of the Year, Interstate Outstanding Achievement Award and Chardon Sales Manager of the year.
