Maurice V Taylor is Founder and Chairman of The Chardon Group.
Maurice has worked within the hospitality sector for over 50 years.
Following completion of an engineering apprenticeship, Maurice joined British Transport Hotels and successfully completed an international management scheme at such prestigious hotels as Turnberry and Gleneagles. Having worked as General Manager with Thistle Hotels in Scotland and London, Maurice formed his own company, Chardon Hotels, to develop his own hotels, residential properties in London, Parklands Country Club in Glasgow and a hotel complex in Portugal. Nicola Taylor - Chief Executive
Nicola began her career in the hospitality industry working in Conference and Banqueting Sales with Queen’s Moat House Hotels in 1987. She then moved to London and was Sales Manager with Hilton International then Richard Branson’s Virgin Hotels before moving back to Scotland in 1989 to lead Sales and Marketing for the exclusive private members health and fitness club, Parklands Country Club on the south side of Glasgow. Pamela Scott - Managing Director
Pamela began her career in Dublin as a teenager in the hospitality industry where she embarked on her first hospitality job, she then found herself crossing the water in January 2000 to the UK which found her settling in Aberdeen working for EDC Hotels. Pamela was initially responsible for ensuring EDC’s first venture into the hotel brand market was successful and then throughout the years, she was instrumental in developing a further five hotel projects in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
